Church Family Dinner

PROGRAM 1:
"Countering Pharoah's Production-Consumption Society" Lecture Study

     Join Pastor Katie for discussion on a video-based lecture series from Walter Brueggemann (Columbia Theological Seminary and Duke Divinity) that explores the correlation between the production-consumption society of Pharoah and our own economic culture. The study will pose these and other questions: "How can liberals and conservatives engage each other?" and How are we to understand the role violence plays in the Scriptures?"

PROGRAM 2:
"Kerygma Study"

     Join Bob Licitra for an in-depth look at scripture through the Kerygma curriculum. A topic will be chosen by the group at the first meeting. The study will encourage reading homework and other take-home questions to ponder.

"English Writing and Speaking Lab"
(for Adults)
     This class is an extension of the Monday morning Internationals program. It is offered to International students who desire extra help in Writing and Verbal Communications.
